JA Job Shadowing brings students to companies for an up-close look at professionals at work. Students will acquire hands-on understanding of specific industries and job categories.
Program length: 12 hours total (OLE learning time), Two 2-hour sessions before and after the Job Shadowing Day
Target participants: Form 4 or above
Class size: 1-3 students per team (based on matching with mentors at company)
Language: English or Cantonese
Program Format:
- Face-to-Face program:10-15 students as ‘shadows’ of workplace mentors in an actual workplace for a full day
