Junior Achievement Program Materials Policy
Junior Achievement (JA) program materials are the copyrighted property of Junior Achievement and Junior Achievement Worldwide. As such, Junior Achievement (JA) Hong Kong is subject to licensing and purchasing arrangements with Junior Achievement Worldwide and would ask that all materials recipients (teachers, administrators, volunteers, sponsors, etc.) comply with the materials policy as follow:

  • Materials may not be reproduced for distribution without consent of the JA Hong Kong office
  • JA Hong Kong must be notified prior to the viewing of materials by teachers, students, sponsors,
    or other colleagues that are not yet affiliated with Junior Achievement.
    Please be prepared to informally provide their:

    • Name
    • Organization
    • Date of viewing
    • Purpose for viewing


If you should have questions regarding approved affiliations with Junior Achievement, please feel free to contact the JA office.

  • Upon future adaptation of the JA materials for the Hong Kong student environment, those localized materials will also be subject to the above policies.
