新領袖計劃

The New Leaders Programme (新領袖計劃) (Form 1-6) is a continuous activity-based curriculum designed to provide students with learnings on Ethical Leadership in the new century. It is made up of six standalone half-day workshops (one for each form from F.1 to F.6). Students of each form will work in groups of around 20 people, led by 2 business volunteers, who will conduct activities that are appropriate for their age groups. Activities include role-plays, scenario discussions and simulation games.

Form 1 to Form 3 Workshops will focus on building students' awareness on ethics' relationship with self and others. Form 4 to Form 6 Workshops will focus on applying ethics in the workplace, trading and leading an organization. A key value will be introduced to students in each Workshop. Each workshop builds on each other. After the program, students will be able to appreciate the important role that ethics plays in business and being successful on the job.

「新領袖計劃」是一個為中一至中六學生而設的持續性教育活動。旨在以互動的形式培養學生的道德價值觀，助他們建立個人信念及品格，以成爲新世紀裏道德的領導人才。這計劃由六個適合不同級別的半日「工作坊」組成。於每個工作坊中，學生將會分成20人一組，由兩位商界義工指導下進行不同的研討、角色扮演、情景討論和模擬遊戲，從而學習道德的重要性。 中一至中三的工作坊讓學生認識道德與自身和他人之間的關係，而中四至中六的工作坊則集中探討怎樣將道德應用在職場、買賣和領導一個機構上。學生在每一個工作坊裏都會學習一個主要的價值觀。每級的工作坊相輔相成，完成整個課程後，學生將可了解道德在事業成就及個人成長上所扮演的重要角色。
