JA Success Skills (I) hones the 4C skills of students in a workshop setting, with business volunteers leading students in interactive group activities including games and role-play exercises to develop their creativity, collaboration, creative and critical thinking, the essential skills for the 21st century.
JA Success Skills (II) introduces the developments in the employment market and helps students build their personal brand through job search and interview skills practices. Students will have the opportunity to enhance their CVs, experience one-on-one mock interviews and develop their personal action plans under the guidance of business volunteers.
Program length: 4 hours (OLE learning time)
Target participants: Form 4 to Form 6
Class size: 100-120 students
Language: English or Cantonese
- Face-to-face program: Half-day workshop led by business volunteers in school, or at a host school
- Online program: Half-day workshop led by business volunteers at online platforms
