JA Personal Spending 101


Finance - PS101

The program helps students develop a responsible attitude towards personal spending. Business volunteers share with the students their financial management experiences to help students understand the concepts of income, saving, expense, donation, budget and differentiate between “needs” and “wants”.

Program length: 1.5 hours (OLE learning time)

Target participants: Form 2 to Form 3 students

Class size: 100 students or above

Language: English or Cantonese

Program Format: 

  • Face-to-face program: Minimum one whole form of students, led by business volunteers at school hall
  • Online program: Minimum one whole form of students, led by business volunteers and conducted at online platforms
