To prepare young people for the fast-changing technology and globalization under Industrial Revolution 4.0, the JA Career Dimensions 4.0 program was launched to create a sustainable platform for young people to develop their career aspirations, future skills and positive attitudes. The program was developed and rolled out with the support of The Deloitte Foundation.
In the previous months, more than 35 Deloitte and JA Volunteers participated in the workshops of the program held in October and November, benefiting over 120 senior secondary students. Through Speed Mentoring and Future Skills games, students were guided to identify their career aspirations as well as develop their creativity and problem-solving skills, collaboration, adaptability and resilience.
