Our young people need the skills, mindset and adaptability that are readily marketable in the fast-evolving knowledge-based economy. In the past decade, JA work-readiness programs have empowered over 30,000 students to build up their self-confidence, sense of civic responsibility, leadership skills, team spirit and community participation. Over 40,000 applications from 300 schools were received in a single school year 2010/11. To respond to the call to develop work-ready young people, we need your support.
